Sandra Lang has owned Marguerita Florist for 34 years and has worked at Marguerita Florist for 43 years.  Her knowledge of the flower industry is extensive.  She is proud of being only one of two practising Diploma holders in the Otago region.  She has extensive knowledge of the flower by wire services having spent 8 years on the board of Teleflora and president of the organisation.  She has also spent time on the NZ Professional Florist Board as part of her career. 

Whatever occasion or event you are planning, from weddings to funerals, awards nights and conferences,Sandra has the skill and team to pull it together. 

Marguerita Florist is located in the largest shopping mall in the Dunedin CBD, right on George street and only a block away from the Hospital and University. Our business has been located here now for 25 years. We are open 7 days and take great pride in selecting only the best quality blooms to create an ever lasting impression. Our store also has a great range of toys, vases, balloons, student health baskets, gift hampers, baskets, fabric flowers and because of our location we are pleased to offer a personal shopping service at a charge. 
As of June 2021 Sandra shifted her business home as her lease had expired and due to the large amount of on going work being carried out in the main street of town, it has proved to be a great move.  We open at 8am for orders Monday to Friday.  Deliveries are made between 9am and 12.30 Monday to Friday.  We are not open at the weekends.  A more relaxing way of doing business.  We are solely Web based and phone orders but are more than happy for people to come and collect there flowers from us.  Working from home that means that if you would like an early morning pick up not a problem..or late evening on your way home not a problem just call to arrange.
